  1. Challenge & Background
  The client, a global tier-one home appliance brand, was developing a flagship smart refrigerator. They required a control panel display that could achieve a "hidden-until-lit" aesthetic behind a dark translucent smoke-glass panel. The major challenges were space constraints (thickness $< 4text{ mm}$), strict color uniformity, and zero light-bleeding between segments.

  We engineered a bespoke, ultra-thin 0.25-inch 4-digit LED display utilizing high-efficiency InGaN white chips.
  Custom Housing: Reduced the overall thickness to just 3.8 mm while maintaining structural integrity.
  Optical Isolation: Implemented advanced epoxy-filling technology to completely eliminate crosstalk between adjacent segments.
